Procurement Officer (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the procurement of school supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing in line with budget guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
