The Role
We are seeking a Curriculum and Program Manager who will lead the design, development, and execution of our discipleship curriculum and programs. This person will collaborate with coaches, parents, and leadership to create impactful learning experiences for children, teens, and families.
Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum development using DFA’s Metamorphosis Framework.
- Design and structure discipleship programs, manuals, and resources.
- Train, support, and supervise program facilitators and coaches.
- Evaluate curriculum impact and recommend continuous improvements.
- Work closely with leadership to align programs with DFA’s vision and values.
Requirements
- Proven experience in curriculum design and development (minimum 3 years).
- Strong background in Christian discipleship or faith-based education.
- Ministerial training and practical ministry experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
